The AIPP has a membership category for everyone, ranging from "Enthusiast" through to "Fully Accredited Photographer".

Joining the AIPP is a simple three step process.

Membership Types
Fully Accredited membership is the ultimate membership category within the AIPP. To become a fully accredited member you will need to provide a portfolio of images which demonstrate to our assessors that your photography skills are of a "professional" standard.
Emerging Member 
Emerging membership is available to all photographers who are not yet ready to become fully accredited members.
Student Member
For photographers who are currently studying a photographic course.
Enthusiast
Our "Enthusiast" category is available to anyone who is not currently a practicing professional photographer. To be an Enthusiast, AIPP has one requirement for membership.
" A LOVE of Photography and the desire to strive for more knowledge in Photography "
Retired Member
For members who have retired from the photographic industry, but still wish to retain their involvement and membership.
Trade Affiliate 
For those who provide goods and/or services to the photographic industry.
